Do You Believe Us Now?

Trafficking Jam

2 points to ponder:

Saw this and thought about the 3 young adopted Chinese girls on my block.

Also thought about a couple I know who took their troubled adopted teenage daughter back to China for a visit last spring.

Common "knowledge" is that as an infant she was "found" abandonned in a train station. Right? Sure. Whatever you choose to believe.

They probably don't. But we need to keep speaking out for those kids who are too young or don't speak English! It's sad when people put their desires ahead of families and facts. International adoption creates demand which creates a market and trafficking. It does.

Love you, EK.
